01 Product planning
The necessary data and documents for a needs analysis are created and the goals and framework conditions are checked. We develop different solution strategies based on the evaluation criteria, estimate the costs and time required for you and check the profitability of the solution strategies.
02 Product research
Objectives and framework conditions are defined. A feasibility study is then prepared on this basis. The economic and financial viability of the project are subsequently assessed. A decision-oriented procedure and schedule complement the project documentation.
03 Product development
We create the necessary concepts taking into account the requirements in the project specifications. You will receive project documentation with the detailed plans as well as reports and evidence.
04 Product definition
In this phase, we take over the tendering and awarding process for you. The tender and detailed plans, descriptions, service specifications and the award applications are prepared, analyzed and evaluated by us. The cost estimate is revised based on the offers and the economic viability is re-examined.
05 Product realization
The project risks are analyzed and all documents are updated. The execution and detailed plans are adjusted and models are presented. Work contracts, payment plans and the final schedule are subsequently drawn up. Project fundamentals are completed, periodic reports and quality checks are carried out.
06 Product management
Our maintenance contracts guarantee the full performance of the installed systems and thus the operation over a defined period of up to 20 years.
